FAQs
Can you get High from CBD or Delta-9?
No, you cannot get high from CBD. Full spectrum CBD by law has less than 0.3% THC, the psychoactive component of cannabis. On the other hand, Delta-9 IS psychoactive and will give you a sense of elation and altered state so please don't imbide and drive!
Can CBD or Delta-9 impact a drug test?
Yes, both CBD and Delta-9 can. We don’t recommend the use of either Kai product if you are (or may be) drug tested for any reason.
Will I feel the effects of CBD immediately?
Not necessarily. CBD is naturally occuring in our bodies so our levels need to be increased by a certain point before additional CBD supplementation can really do its thing. Single use is a start but a daily regimen will give you the true benefit you are looking for.
Will I feel the effects of Delta-9 immediately?
Most definitely! Consuming 10mg of Delta-9 THC will provide you with effects similar to those of having one beer or cocktail. You'll experience an elevated spirit and a pleasant lightness in your arms and legs.
Do I need a special license or permit to sell KAI products?
Every jurisdiction is unique. Usually a simple Google search will give you the regulations for your location.
Can I add CBD or Delta-9 to an alcoholic drink?
It is important to note that neither you nor your staff will be adding anything to any drink. The transaction when your customer receives Kai will be as a retail transaction. From there, they can decide how to infuse their drink. Can you recommend for Kai to be infused into an alcoholic beverage? You bet!
