Is Easy AF Beer?
Easy AF is considered a malt beverage. While it is 100% malt derived, it has not been fermented so even though it tastes like really good beer, it is legally a malt beverage.
What other ingredients does Easy AF contain?
After careful study of the flavor of great beers, we add the flavors of hops, fermentation, and the aroma profiles characteristic of lagers, pilsners, ales, and stouts. We also can match the profiles of beers like wits and framboise. Easy AF base is customizable, flexible, and sustainable.
Why are you able to provide this product and brewers don't?
Regulations make it risky for brewers to combine hemp and cannabis in breweries or in products originating in breweries. They could lose their brewing license so they don't want to risk it. Additionally, cannabis and hemp beverages directly compete with beer so brewers don't want to encourage alternatives to beer.
How does Easy AF taste?
We craft Easy AF to be relatively neutral so that brewers can use it to make a non-alcoholic (<0.5%) beer with the addition of 10% of their signature beer. No dealcoholization or complicated fermentations needed. So creating a 0.0% malt beverage involves using the Easy AF base and applying the combination of hops and natural flavors to obtain a world class beery result.
How do you hide or cover the flavor impact of CBD or THC?
The addition of CBD or THC is synergistic to the flavor of Easy AF. Hops and cannabis are in the same family and their ingredients have the same impact on flavor. Unlike other beverages, a rich beeriness occurs by the addition of CBD or THC to Easy AF. No masking or heavy covering flavor additions are needed.
How do you preserve Easy AF malt beverages?
There are two alternatives. If you have a pasteurizer, once the product is packaged, pasteurization is all that is necessary. Otherwise we predose the base with widely accepted beverage preservatives.
How do you provide Easy AF?
We ship Easy AF in totes or tankers. We also have some options for contract packaging.
